*Model as a Service
Sauson Solutions will complete testing and climate forecasting utilizing RESIST to provide a comprehensive report and remediation plan on the environmental quality of the area of interest. For customers who would not feel comfortable using RESIST on your own, this option is perfect for you! Results included in the comprehensive report include:
- Soil Quality Test Results
- Air Quality Test Results
- Water Quality Test Results
- Forecasted Climate Predictions (based on test results and historical data)
- Spatial and Temporal Projections
- Risk Assessment
*Soil Quality Testing
Soil properties will be assessed for overall health and nutrients. Should our field technicians find an anomalous reading in your soil samples, a follow-up sample will be taken for testing. Properties tested include:
- Temperature
- pH
- Contaminants present (anomalous findings in soil composition, i.e., levels of lead that exceed recommended standards by the USGS)
*Water Quality Testing
Water samples are tested for 16 contaminants in house including:
- Total Hardness
- Total Chlorine
- Iron
- Mercury
- Free Chlorine
- Copper
- Lead
- Zinc
- Manganese
- QAC/QUAT
- Fluoride
- Sodium Chloride
- Nitrogen Sulfite
- Total Alkalinity
- Carbonate
- pH
If the in house test results indicate abnormal levels for any of the contaminants measured, the sample will be sent to a third party lab for more comprehensive analysis.
*Air Quality Testing
Air quality measurements will be taken via handheld devices for contaminants such as:
- Particulate Matter 2.5 (PM2.5)
- Particulate Matter 10 (PM10)
- TSP
- Humidity
Measurements for air quality will be performed indoors and outdoors, to ensure a safe living environment. Should the PM concentrations exceed standards set by the EPA, the team may recommend an indoor air quality monitor for our client’s health.
*Short and Long-Term Monitoring
Depending on your specific situation, we can setup either short or long-term monitoring. Following initial soil, water, and air quality testing, our technicians will review your results and determine further monitoring efforts, if necessary.
Short-term monitoring includes an air quality monitor placed at the site of your choice, and daily/weekly water and soil sampling. Sampling and testing will be conducted for 1-6 months at a time. A sampling timeline will be discussed with you to determine if long-term monitoring is required.
Long-term monitoring will include all aspects of short-term monitoring, serving the impacted community for years to come.

Borger, Texas
In the heart of the Panhandle lies Borger, TX, a city with a population of 20,000 and 7 industrial facilities. Our field technicians are working around the clock to form a sampling and testing plan for the area. By sampling precipitation, soil, and air quality in the area, we are working to determine the remediation necessary for the area. As all remediation plans are based on results, the area is still being quantified for environmental degradation. Due to the nature of the work, this campaign will last for a few months to years prior to remediating.
